Marco Gagliardi

Born in Turin in 1974. Graduated from the University of Turin in 2000. Member of the Bar of Turin since 2004, year from which he started his collaboration with the Fiorio Law Firm, with particular reference to consumer, banking and insurance law, financial intermediation and civil litigation and e-commerce.  Has collaborated in dozens of injunctions brought by the Consumer Movement to protect the collective interests of consumers, in particular in the banking, insurance, telecommunications and television services, e-commerce, transport, unfair business practices and unfair terms sectors.  Collaborates with the Consumer Movement Credit and Savings Observatory.Has held training courses on consumer protection for lawyers and law graduates and undergraduates.
