Pietro Giorgetti

Born in in Busto Arsizio in1971. Graduated in law from the University of Turin, Court of Cassation barrister, member of the Bar of Milan since 2001.

Has been collaborating on a permanent basis with the firm since 2004. From 1998 to 2004. practised at the Munari Gatti e Associati (now Gatti Pavesi Bianchi) and Baker & McKenzie law firms.

Works on commercial, corporate and financial intermediation law and has acquired extensive experience in the field of renewable energy and the sale and distribution of natural gas. In the field of consulting and litigation and arbitration, assists leading Italian and international industrial groups in acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate law issues in general, as well as in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
