The firm, in close cooperation with lawyer Giorgetti in Milan, has assisted and assists with a multidisciplinary approach numerous domestic and international operators in the planning and implementation of activities in the renewable energy sector, in particular carrying out the following activities:

– investment planning;

– start-up phase (definition of bylaws, governance, shareholders’ agreements, special guarantees);

– authorisations and relations with public authorities involved;

– EPC and O&M contracts;

– loan agreements with banks and leasing companies;

– purchase and sale of plant or equity interests in SPVs.
