Since its foundation in 1970 by Valentino Fiorio, the firm has been providing assistance in the field of labour, trade union and social security law, in particular carrying out the following activities:

– preparation and review of employment and agency contracts;

– management of employment contracts (disciplinary sanctions, job changes and other employment contract conditions, individual and collective dismissals, company transfers);

– legal assistance for labour disputes;

– legal assistance activities for workplace accidents and occupational diseases;

– legal assistance for pension and welfare disputes (retirement and disability pensions, disability benefits and allowances).
