The firm, in close cooperation with lawyer Giorgetti of Milan, provides assistance to Italian and foreign individuals and companies for the proper and efficient operation of business activities. In the start-up phase, it supports companies in identifying the most appropriate agreements and legal instruments for each business reality (bylaws, corporate governance, shareholders’ agreements). Throughout the life of the company, our customers can enjoy continuous support in regulating contractual agreements with customers and suppliers (procurement, sales, distribution and agency agreements, banking and financial relationships), to address any problems with competitors and for the ordinary and extraordinary management of the company (shareholders’ meetings, board of directors’ meetings, extraordinary transactions). The experience acquired by the firm allows us to provide specific expertise, in both Italian and English, in the planning, definition and execution of extraordinary corporate transactions, such as corporate acquisitions, equity investments, mergers and demergers, generational change restructuring or for corporate divestment to institutional investors. The firm also assists companies and their shareholders during corporate crises or liquidation procedures, identifying and managing the most appropriate solutions for each individual situation.
